Booking and cancellation policy

A $100 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. The booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your appointment.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. Requests made with less than 48 hours noticer may result in the booking fee being forfeited.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund of the booking fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will forfeit the $100 booking fee.

No-shows

Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their booking fee.
